Ensuring your claims are settled correctly and within a reasonable timeframe is our priority. We have very good relationships with the insurance companies and are able to negotiate on your behalf if required. We have our own policy contracts, which are generally wider than those offered from standard insurer contracts.

How to make a claim?

Commercial claims

Download claim form, complete and return to us. We will contact you to finalise.

Domestic claims

Download claim form, complete and return to us with the supporting documents detailed below:

If possible, a quotation for repairs will assist.

Contents
Burglary claim:

• A list of items that have been stolen and their value

• Proof of purchase if available

• Receipts would be helpful

• Police report and number.

Once we have this information, we will advise you if anything else is required.

Motor vehicle
Download claim form, complete and return to us with:

• A copy of your Driver’s licence

• Details of where you are having the vehicle repaired.
